DESCRIPTION
Liquid Sucrose
A solution of sugar and water with a clean almost colourless appearance. Use it in any applications which you want to incorporate the sugar quickly into solution.
Invert 50 Syrup
A mixture of sucrose and invert sugars. Invert sugar is produced by a process called inverstion which makes an equal quantity of fructose and glucose in solution. Invert 50 has undergone 50 – 55% inversion of the sucrose.
Total Invert Syrup
A mixture of sucrose and invert sugar where 90% of the sucrose has been inverted to fructose and glucose.
